The application and approval process

STEP 1: RESERVE YOUR UNIT

  • Download and complete application.
  • Either fax the completed application, copy of paystubs and ID (see below) to  775.355.7900, email to fountainhousevs.cd@fpimgt.com or bring directly into the Leasing office at 995 Avenue of the Oaks, Sparks NV 89431
  • There is an application fee of $40 per person and an administration fee of $100. The administrative fee will hold your unit until your move-in-date.
  • Along with the payment for the fees you will need to provide two recent paycheck stubs to verify your income and a copy of your current government-issued state ID.

STEP 2: APPROVAL PROCESS

  • Click here to review the approval criteria at Fountain House.
  • Upon Approval, you will be contacted by the leasing staff and will be given a MOVE-IN date.
  • In the event you do not get approved you will be refunded a portion of your administrative fee ($100). The application fee of $40 is non-refundable.
